Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from market research and supplier selection to contract negotiation and onboarding.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and optimal pricing.
- Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and implement cost-reduction strategies to maximize value and improve profit margins.
- Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage complex contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
- Inventory Control: Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior procurement staff and conduct training sessions on sourcing methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analysis: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international trade laws, compliance standards, and sourcing best practices.
