Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from initial sourcing to contract finalization and delivery.
- Conduct in-depth market research and supplier analysis to identify trends and cost-reduction opportunities.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with vendors to secure optimal terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier database, conducting regular performance evaluations using scorecards.
- Monitor inventory levels and lead times to ensure seamless operational continuity and avoid stock-outs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Sales) to align procurement strategies with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and effective supplier relationship management.
