Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, ensuring optimal cost savings and quality standards
- Negotiate complex contracts with global vendors, securing favorable terms and mitigating risks
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement sustainable procurement practices and ESG initiatives
- Manage supplier relationships through KPI tracking, scorecards, and continuous improvement programs
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to optimize inventory levels and delivery timelines
- Implement procurement technologies and process automation to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience with strategic sourcing expertise
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with proven track record of cost savings
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and supply chain risk management
