Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract finalization
- Analyze market trends and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular risk assessments
- Optimize inventory levels while ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects to enhance efficiency
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and internal procurement policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Advanced negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of cost reduction initiatives
