- Manage the full procurement cycle, from requisition and sourcing to contract award and vendor onboarding.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Operations, Finance, Engineering) to understand technical requirements and sourcing needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and corporate social responsibility standards.
- Maintain and update the vendor database and contract management systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and cost reduction initiatives.
