Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories, ensuring optimal cost savings and supplier diversity
- Lead complex RFP/RFQ processes, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to develop mitigation strategies
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs using SAP Ariba and other digital procurement platforms
- Collaborate with sustainability teams to integrate ESG criteria into vendor selection processes
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct performance reviews to ensure compliance with SLAs
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize inventory levels and reduce logistics costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in strategic sourcing or category management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement systems
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex sourcing initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages preferred)
- Experience managing cross-border procurement operations in APAC region
