Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities and services
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle including RFQs, negotiations, and contract administration
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to optimize cost structures
- Lead vendor relationship management and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, ethics, and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to align procurement strategies
- Implement procurement technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing or distribution
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier relationship management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and market research
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management abilities
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics fundamentals
