Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing favorable terms and SLAs
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics using SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends and risk factors impacting supply chain resilience
- Drive cost reduction initiatives targeting 8-12% annual savings
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and CSR procurement standards
- Collaborate with R&D on new product introduction sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years procurement experience in manufacturing/distribution
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing and total cost analysis
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Excel modeling
- Proven track record of negotiating $1M+ contracts
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
