- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect materials and services across multiple categories
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to achieve 15%+ cost savings targets
- Manage vendor relationships through performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement e-procurement systems and process automation to enhance efficiency
- Analyze market trends and conduct risk assessments for supply chain resilience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or retail sectors
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in SRM systems and e-sourcing platforms (Ariba, Coupa, SAP)
- Proven track record of achieving 7-figure cost savings initiatives
- Advanced negotiation skills with complex international contracts
- Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in spend analysis tools
- Strong leadership experience managing indirect procurement teams
