Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for strategic categories, optimizing total cost of ownership
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and supplier relationship management
- Negotiate complex contracts ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance with industry standards
- Implement procurement analytics to identify cost reduction opportunities and supplier performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing and supplier diversity programs
- Manage supplier risk assessments and develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience with $10M+ spend management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent certification
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle preferred) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings through strategic sourcing
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in spend analysis tools
- Exceptional negotiation abilities with contract management expertise
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics
