Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for indirect materials and services
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to secure favorable terms and SLAs
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Oversee supplier performance management through KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain robust procurement policies ensuring ethical sourcing practices
- Drive digital transformation by optimizing procurement workflows and leveraging ERP/SRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive procurement experience with indirect spend specialization
- CPSM, CIPS, or equivalent procurement certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and total cost of ownership modeling
- Proven track record of negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Power BI for procurement analytics
- Exceptional stakeholder management and change leadership abilities
