Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect materials and services across 5+ categories
- Lead complex contract negotiations with global suppliers, achieving 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, and supplier evaluation
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies (ERP, e-sourcing platforms)
- Analyze market trends and KPIs to inform procurement strategy and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Drive sustainability initiatives through supplier scorecards and ethical sourcing audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ in strategic sourcing leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in contract law, risk assessment, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-procurement systems
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous
