Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations, ensuring optimal terms and risk mitigation
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from RFQ to contract execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain robust supplier performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience with strategic sourcing focus
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings targets
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with vendor management experience
