Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to align with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze pricing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Manage the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, from onboarding to performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, finance, and engineering.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and vendor management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software.
