Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team in London. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for optimizing our supply chain, negotiating high-value contracts, and fostering strong relationships with key vendors to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes, from sourcing and negotiation to contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to develop innovative sourcing strategies that align with business goals.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximize value and minimize risk.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from requisition to invoice payment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supplier compliance and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial reports.
