Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 15+ key commodity categories
- Lead supplier negotiations resulting in 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Implement and manage e-procurement systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Conduct market research and supplier risk assessments
- Drive sustainability initiatives through supplier scorecard programs
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with $5M+ budgets
- Analyze procurement data using Power BI and Tableau
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing/tech
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Expertise in contract management and commercial terms
- Advanced proficiency in ERP and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis
- Proven track record of managing global supplier networks
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
