Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories, achieving 15%+ cost savings annually
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles including RFQ/RFP processes, negotiations, and contract finalization
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to mitigate risks and identify opportunities
- Lead cross-functional projects to standardize procurement workflows across departments
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and internal procurement policies
- Train and mentor junior procurement staff on best practices
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with $5M+ spend portfolios
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent designation
- Expertise in negotiation strategies and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Proven track record of reducing supplier risk and improving SLA compliance
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management across global teams
