- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Oversee procurement processes ensuring compliance with ISO 14001
- Implement e-procurement systems and digital transformation
- Analyze market trends to identify procurement opportunities
- Collaborate with finance and operations on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Oracle Procurement
- Experience managing global supplier portfolios
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency advantageous
- Proven track record in contract management
- Knowledge of Singaporean procurement regulations
