Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ key categories to optimize total cost of ownership
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing favorable terms while ensuring compliance with ESG standards
- Implement and manage end-to-end procurement processes using SAP Ariba and Coupa platforms
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to identify risk mitigation opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Drive digital transformation initiatives through AI-powered procurement analytics tools
- Manage supplier relationship lifecycle including onboarding, performance reviews, and contract renewals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Minimum 7 years of strategic procurement experience in high-volume manufacturing or tech sector
- Expertise in contract management, risk assessment, and supplier development frameworks
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and KPI dashboards
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in international supplier relationships
