Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles, from strategic sourcing to contract negotiation.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Develop and implement procurement policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance and operations to align purchasing with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
