Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for critical materials and services
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain compliance with procurement policies and sustainability standards
- Manage supplier performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee procurement budget forecasting and expense control
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience in B2B tech/manufacturing
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation and risk management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/SRM systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
