Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect materials and services across 15+ categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations achieving 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles from RFQ to contract renewal
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform procurement decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain robust supplier relationship management programs
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SRM and e-procurement platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in spend analysis tools
- Fluency in English with additional Asian language advantageous
