Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles, from identifying market needs to final contract execution.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements with key suppliers to optimize costs and quality.
- Conduct rigorous market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage the entire vendor lifecycle, ensuring performance metrics are met and relationships are strategically cultivated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with business goals.
- Oversee the onboarding of new suppliers and the management of existing supplier portfolios.
- Implement and monitor procurement KPIs to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement software platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market reports.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- CIPS or CIPM certification is highly desirable.
