Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across multiple categories (raw materials, MRO, services)
- Lead complex contract negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Manage supplier relationships through performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or CIPS preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
