Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for 15+ key categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing 10-15% cost reductions
- Analyze market trends and data to identify procurement opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end procurement process from RFQ to contract closure
- Manage supplier relationships ensuring SLA compliance and performance
- Implement ESG procurement initiatives and sustainability reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on supply chain optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management/Business or equivalent
- 5+ years procurement experience in manufacturing/tech sector
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
