Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex negotiations with global suppliers to secure optimal pricing/terms
- Implement and manage supplier relationship management programs
- Analyze market trends and drive cost-saving initiatives through data-driven insights
- Oversee procurement compliance with ISO 20400 standards and internal policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience with global sourcing exposure
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba or Oracle Procurement Cloud
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex categories
- Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis tools
- Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (ESG) in procurement
