Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodity categories, achieving 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract management, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
- Manage supplier relationships through KPI-driven performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize procurement processes and drive innovation
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions and ensure vendor resilience
- Analyze market trends and data to inform procurement decisions and identify new opportunities
- Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure adherence to ISO 14001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with strategic sourcing expertise
- CPSM or CIPS certification required
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process optimization targets
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and procurement analytics tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with demonstrated contract management success
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in data-driven decision making
