Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers, achieving 15% average cost savings
- Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives with R&D, Operations, and Finance teams
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems for enhanced efficiency
- Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop contingency plans
- Manage vendor relationships through KPI-driven performance reviews
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing and contract negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
