Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for critical commodities and services
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQs, negotiations, and contract management
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with ethical sourcing policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead vendor relationship management and performance improvement initiatives
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes and supplier selection
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing/tech sector
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Strong project management capabilities with track record of delivering results
- Experience implementing ESG procurement frameworks
