Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) designation required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, cost analysis, and contract negotiation
