Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ categories including IT, marketing, and facilities
- Lead complex negotiations with global suppliers, securing $2M+ in annual savings
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFP to contract execution
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives through data-driven analytics and market research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Drive supplier diversity and ESG compliance programs
- Utilize SAP Ariba to streamline procurement processes and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of procurement/sourcing experience in manufacturing or tech
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in contract management and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Proven track record of delivering 10%+ cost savings
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and cost analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
