Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across APAC region
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to maximize value

- Ensure compliance with sustainability and ethical sourcing standards
- Manage procurement budget and KPI reporting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in leadership role
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
