Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for critical components and services, achieving 15% annual cost reduction targets
- Manage supplier relationships through performance metrics, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation partnerships
- Oversee procurement processes for ERP system implementation and digital transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ethical sourcing standards across global supply chain
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or technology sectors
- CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or CIPS certification preferred
- Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba and advanced procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of cost reduction initiatives and supplier relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure multi-million dollar contracts
