Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for strategic categories, including RFQ/RFP management and contract negotiations
- Develop and execute supplier relationship management strategies with top-tier global vendors
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through market analysis, total cost modeling, and value engineering
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies including SAP SRM and Ariba platforms
- Manage supplier performance KPIs and conduct regular risk assessments
- Lead cross-category savings initiatives targeting 12-15% annual cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field with 5+ years procurement experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, TCO analysis, and contract lifecycle management
- Proven track record of implementing e-procurement systems and digital transformation
- Advanced negotiation skills with complex international suppliers
- Experience managing APAC supply chain operations and cross-border compliance
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement analytics tools
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
