Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new sourcing opportunities and strategic suppliers.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service levels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles within a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation and vendor management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
