- Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from market analysis and supplier identification to negotiation and contract finalization.

- Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and innovation.
- Negotiate complex commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments (Finance, Operations, R&D) to translate business requirements into effective procurement solutions.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track inventory, forecast demand, and manage procurement workflows.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5+ years in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable contract terms and cost reductions.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Ariba is highly desirable.
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical abilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of UK procurement regulations and tendering processes is a plus.
