Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories including raw materials, IT equipment, and professional services
- Lead complex contract negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks
- Analyze market trends and conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize procurement decisions
- Manage supplier relationships through performance evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
- Implement and maintain procurement processes ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast spend and budget requirements
- Leverage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to streamline procurement workflows and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience with category management expertise
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics and procurement software (e.g., Coupa, Jaggaer)
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in complex supplier agreements
- Experience with sustainable procurement practices and ESG initiatives
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets (15%+ annually)
