Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across 15+ suppliers
- Lead complex negotiations resulting in 10-15% annual cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to inform decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain sustainable procurement practices and vendor compliance
- Oversee procurement budget optimization and cost-control initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor relationship management
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics
