Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across APAC markets
- Lead vendor negotiations and contract management to secure optimal terms
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to drive continuous improvement
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to PO issuance
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Monitor KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and cycle times
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with APAC exposure
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Advanced negotiation skills with track record of cost reduction
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for regional collaboration
