Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across APAC markets
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including RFQ, RFP, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to optimize cost structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain supplier relationship management programs
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, sustainability standards, and local regulations
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement/sourcing experience with APAC market exposure
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Proven track record in reducing procurement costs by 15%+
- Excellent communication skills in English with fluency in at least one Asian language
