Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition to vendor onboarding.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and pricing structures with existing and prospective vendors.
- Develop and maintain a robust vendor management system to ensure performance compliance.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and vendor relationship management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP or Oracle, with strong data analysis capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex supply chain metrics.
- Knowledge of international trade laws and compliance regulations is a plus.
