Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities across APAC markets
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings and risk mitigation
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects including supplier diversification and sustainability initiatives
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and performance through KPI-driven collaboration
- Implement procurement technologies to enhance process efficiency and transparency
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive procurement/supply chain experience with 3+ in senior roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials required
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP MM and procurement analytics tools (e.g., Coupa)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven procurement decisions
