Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for 15+ key commodities across APAC markets
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost reductions while ensuring quality compliance
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract renewal using SAP Ariba
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement objectives with business goals
- Implement ESG procurement standards and sustainable supplier development programs
- Lead digital transformation projects including AI-powered procurement analytics implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in strategic sourcing leadership
- CIPS/SCMP certification or equivalent procurement accreditation
- Expertise in SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or similar ERP platforms
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier relationship management
- Advanced negotiation skills with experience in complex international contracts
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for cross-regional stakeholder engagement
