Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to secure cost reductions and improved payment conditions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, from RFP to renewal, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify sourcing opportunities and improve supply chain resilience.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to advise leadership on inventory and purchasing decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management (minimum 5 years in a senior role).
- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply) qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a track record of delivering savings.
- Proficiency in procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, or Oracle).
- Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
