Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Negotiate high-value contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from requisition to delivery.
- Analyze market trends to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of junior procurement professionals.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior procurement role (minimum 5 years).
- Strong knowledge of procurement methodologies and supply chain management.
- CIPS qualified or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
