Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles for strategic categories including IT hardware, logistics, and MRO supplies
- Develop and implement category strategies with 15%+ annual cost savings targets
- Manage vendor relationships and performance across 50+ global suppliers
- Drive sustainability initiatives through ethical sourcing and carbon footprint reduction
- Leverage ERP/SRM systems to optimize procurement workflows and data analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex sourcing projects
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 and local procurement regulations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract negotiation
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for APAC vendor engagement)
- Experience managing $10M+ procurement budgets
