Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key categories including IT, marketing, and facilities
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to maximize value and mitigate risks
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives across procurement channels
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to PO closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement with business objectives
- Drive sustainability initiatives in supplier selection and vendor management
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS/ISM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings targets (15%+ annually)
- Expertise in SAP Ariba and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
