Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead vendor negotiations for high-value contracts across multiple categories
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks
- Manage cross-functional procurement projects with strict KPI adherence
- Implement and optimize procurement systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Oversee supplier performance metrics and relationship management
- Ensure compliance with international procurement regulations and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement accreditation
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued
