Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for strategic categories including IT hardware, logistics services, and MRO supplies
- Lead complex cross-functional negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to achieve 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Implement and optimize e-procurement platforms to drive digital transformation and process efficiency
- Conduct supplier risk assessments and develop contingency plans for critical supply chains
- Manage a $25M+ annual procurement budget with rigorous cost controls and ROI tracking
- Drive sustainability initiatives through supplier ESG scorecard integration
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in procurement/sourcing with 5+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Proven track record of strategic sourcing in high-volume, cross-border environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and e-sourcing platforms
- Expertise in contract management and risk mitigation frameworks
- Fluency in English with additional Asian language skills highly valued
- Experience managing indirect spend categories in manufacturing/tech sector
