Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams for complex procurement projects
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies (ERP/SRM systems)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement/sourcing experience
- CIPS or CPSM certification preferred
- Expert negotiation skills with proven cost-saving track record
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience managing global supplier networks
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
